Returns & Repairs

At Orion Knives, we’re committed to making high-quality tools you can count on. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day No-Hassle Return Policy

If you’d like to return your knife within 30 days of delivery for any reason, we make it simple:

• The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging

• A Return Authorization is required—please complete the form below before sending it back

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund of your original purchase price, including the initial shipping and processing fees—our way of saying thanks for giving Orion Knives a try.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please complete the Return Authorization Form below and let us know what’s going on. Our team will review your concern and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. If it does, we’ll repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

Accidental Damage or Non-Warranty Issues

If your knife has been damaged from accidental use or another issue not covered under warranty, we may still be able to help. Please email us at info@orionknives.com to discuss potential repair options.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Orion Knives offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your knife has a qualifying defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Please note:

• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse.

• Knives are not designed to be used as a pry bar, screwdriver, hammer, chisel, or throwing knife.

• Damage caused by improper use may be repairable for a reasonable fee upon review.

Sharpening and Edge Maintenance

Sharpening service is available for a $10 fee using a Tormek sharpening system, which employs a low-speed, water-cooled process to preserve the blade’s heat treatment.

To extend edge life between sharpenings, we recommend using a strop or ceramic rod for regular maintenance. For full resharpening, local knife sharpening services are also available nationwide.

Tool Kits

We are proud to offer high-quality tool kits made in the USA and back them with a warranty against defective materials and faulty workmanship.

Please note:

• We cannot replace tools that have worn out after many years of use (sometimes 30+ years).

• Bits, lubricant, and threadlocker are consumable items and are only covered for material or manufacturing defects.

• Tool replacements require return of the faulty parts and proof of purchase within three years.

• The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or modifications.

Reviewed / Used Knives

Reviewed and used knives are listed in good faith with accurate descriptions and photos of the actual item for sale.

Please note:

• These products are sold as-is, and purchase indicates agreement with the described condition.

• Any warranty for workmanship would be provided by the original manufacturer where applicable.
